At Glad2Glow, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used skincare products cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
